The challenge
Reframe office space as a strategic asset.
In a climate of growing uncertainty and increasing cost pressure, CEOs and heads of real estate often view office space as an expense to minimise.
The campaign needed to challenge that perception by showing the workplace as a strategic asset that can support people, business performance and long-term decision-making.
My role
I created the visual system for the campaign.
I worked on the visual direction and production for a set of campaign key visuals, using Photoshop, Adobe Stock imagery and Adobe Firefly to build stylised workplace scenes within a dark office building at twilight.
The aim was to create distinctive, ownable imagery for JLL without relying on generic stock photography or costly custom photoshoots.
The approach
An outside-looking-in view of the modern workplace.
The creative concept was built around the idea, “Make your office more than an address.”
To bring this to life visually, unique tenant spaces were illuminated within a dark building exterior. Each scene represented a different business type or workplace attribute, creating a flexible campaign system that could speak to CEOs and real estate decision-makers across global markets.
The final set included four industry-led scenes, covering finance, legal, technology and startups, alongside four value-led scenes focused on collaboration, sustainability, wellbeing and amenities.
Key considerations
Bold colour
Strong saturation and colour-blocking would help the visuals stand out across social and digital placements.
Workplace detail
Each scene had to include recognisable office spaces, genuine work activity, modern décor and appropriate furniture.
Diverse representation
The visuals had to reflect a mix of genders, ages and ethnicities across different workplace settings.
Contrast and depth
A darker building exterior would create enough contrast to draw attention to the illuminated office scenes.
Consistent perspective
A consistent front-on perspective would allow the individual scenes to work together as one campaign system.
Stylised finish
The final treatment had to feel polished and distinctive, rather than looking like generic stock imagery.
The impact
Outcome
The campaign created a set of JLL-owned workplace visuals that could be used across LinkedIn, Meta, website placements and future occupier campaigns.
The process showed how AI could complement human design skills, helping build distinctive campaign imagery with greater speed and flexibility than a traditional custom shoot.
